Privacy

Opignac Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this site.

If you contact us through the site, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, website and message. We use it to reply to you and for no other purpose. If you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly and covered by its own privacy policy.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages visited, time on site, approximate location and device type. This data is aggregated and doesn’t identify you personally.

We don’t sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site — hosting (Framer), analytics (Google) and scheduling (Calendly) — and only as needed to provide those services, or where the law requires it.

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up.

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email contact@opignac.com.
